Preparing food in the oven leads to the challenging combination of sticky substances and very hot surfaces. ITS baking paper is designed to keep the two apart and at the same time offer excellent baking results. The double-sided non-stick coating of the paper prevents products such as dough, cheese or fat to become caked onto the baking tray. Up to 220 degrees Celsius the baking paper ensures baked products to come out in one piece while keeping the oven clean. Our baking paper is also very handy to prevent products to stick together in the freezer.
