Baking, cooking and freezing
ITS baking paper has many useful applications in the professional kitchen. The special silicon coating on both sides of the paper makes it moisture-resistant as well as greaseproof. Ideal for cooking and baking, using the oven or microwave. But the non-stick coating also prevents frozen ingredients, such as hamburger patties, to stick together. This makes it a great time and food saver when used to store foods in the freezer.
The ITS baking paper is available on catering rolls in different sizes, but also as sheets in handy dispenser boxes.
