No more curling on the baking tray
Baking paper sheets (bags) from ITS aren’t only convenient to use in the oven, but also very effective to prevent products from freezing onto the freezer or to keep the countertop and oven clean during food preparation. Greasing of the baking tray is no longer necessary, while fat doesn’t pass through the paper. Next to that, the sheets are also suitable for use in the microwave. ITS baking paper sheets in a bag solve the nuisance of paper curling up from the baking tray, because it isn’t rolled up, but only folded once.
ITS baking paper is double sided coated with a non-stick layer and can be used in the oven up to 220 degrees. Our baking paper is produced from natural wood fibres from Scandinavian forest, without adding any aggressive chemicals to the paper. All our baking paper products are derived from responsibly managed forests, as featured with our FSC® certification. As a producer, ITS is also Swan certified.
